Sexual Harassment at workplace.
Being in the most advanced and modernized century, we are the people with most greed and selfishness. Though we are literate and educated but still we won't act like educated, education is something which enhances our moral and practical value in our real-life rather than graduation. It is found that sexual harassment is the most trending case in any workplace.
for example, forceful kissing, touching of private parts, butt slapping, rape, other forms of sexual abuses and assault , requests for sexual favors, making sexually explicit comments, sexting messages, blackmails , catcalls, wooing , or cornering someone in a unpleasant manner.
sexual harassment certainly still happen in the workplace, and more ignored cases of harassment are raising due to losing of self-respect and image in the society.
Any of the above situations are considered to be a case of harassing but due to the ignorance it has took someone’s life, some into depression, unhealthy and mentally unfit situation.
Harassment is not only sexual but can be emotional and mental.
  • Repeated compliments in regard to someone’s look.
  • Bad comments in front of others.
  • Discussing one’s sex life in front of an employee
  • Asking an awkward question related to personal matter.
  • Publishing  private photos of employee within their colleague
  • Sexual jokes.
  • leaving unwanted gifts of a sexual or romantic nature
  • spreading sexual rumors about an employee, or
  • Repeated hugs or another unwanted touching.

In an organization the HR head should look after all this issue to shutout the real case and can give a justice to the victim and an example so this shouldn’t happen in the future. Legalized action must be taken for the accused and he should be fired from the job.
But sometime we have seen some cases in which the person is not found guilty but this was the jealousy of another to spoil the life of that person. In such issue both side hearing should be made and can go with the proof so the accused can be found.

Though we are having various act and rules why are you getting to know such news?
So sexual harassment is unethical which is going in our society for decades. This does not only include female but males too are the victim of this issue. 
Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 which prevents the above cases. But instead of this act, we should enforce new strict rules to stop the accused of doing this nonsense.
The government is not only the solution but we as human should educate everyone, we should walk against this scenario and sex education should be introduced in every part of India, so as to make our moral value strong.
